Shipping

The Web barbacoascostablanca.es and Weber Center Costa Blanca are brands belonging to the company DEVYGAR S.L.

Scope of delivery We ship all over Spain(except the Canary Islands). If you need a delivery outside this territory, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery times

  • Shipping to mainland Spain: The estimated delivery time is 1 to 14 working days for products in stock.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 working days.
  • Customised or made-to-order orders: A specific delivery time will be given depending on availability and manufacturing time.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of DEVYGAR S.L., such as transport delays, public holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping costs The shipping costs for this year 2025 are as follows:

  • Orders under 50€: 9,99€ to the whole peninsula and Balearic Islands.
  • Orders over 50€: Free shipping.

Shipment tracking Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with updates on the status of your order (e.g.: payment accepted, in preparation, shipped, etc...)

Receiving your order We recommend that you check the package upon receipt. If you detect any visible damage to the packaging or product, please report it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns

Returns policy In DEVYGAR S.L. we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can make a return within the following deadlines:

Return period: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return the products.
Product conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
It must include all accessories, labels and original documentation.

Return process

Request a return: Send an email to info@barbacoascostablanca.es indicating the order number, the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

Confirmation and shipping: You will receive instructions on how to ship the product. The return costs will be paid by the customer, except in cases of defective product or shipping error.

Refund: Once we receive the product and check its condition, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days through the same payment method used in the purchase.

Defective products or shipping errors If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. In these cases, DEVYGAR S.L. will bear the cost of shipping and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.

Return exclusions Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Used products or products without their original packaging.
  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.
